Sonja and Devin’s Inn on Boltwood Wedding Photography.
We so honored to photograph Sonja and Devin’s wedding at the newly renamed Inn on Boltwood (previously the Lord Jeffery Inn) in Amherst Ma.
We lucked out a got just a bit of snow near the end of the night and Sonja and Devin were gracious enough to brave the cold for some amazing photos. I always hope for some snow when photography winter weddings in Western Ma.
How did Devin propose?
We went to a lovely dinner one summer night, then on a walk. During the firefly filled walk, we stopped by beautiful old trees. Devin got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I obviously said yes.
What was your favorite moment(s) from the wedding?
The ceremony. Professing our love and life promises in front of all our family and friends was magical.
What advice would you offer to other couples planning a wedding
To breathe. Details can get overwhelming. Just remember that all that matters is you and your love.
Tell us about the dress, where did you find it, how did you choose it, how did you know it was the one?
My mom and I took an impromptu trip to David’s Bridal. My dress was the second one I tried on. I knew it was the one because I had never felt more beautiful.
What photography-related advice would you offer to a couple?
Definitely would recommend a first look!! Gets the jitters out, allows you to get a lot of beautiful pictures early in the day so you can spend more time with your guests during the wedding.
How was your experience taking photos/working with me on your wedding day?
Marvelous! Greg was flexible, understand, and really creative. My husband and I aren’t big into getting our pictures taken. Greg made us comfortable and have fun with it.

Emily and Eddie’s Red Barn Wedding.
What an amazing time we had photographing Emily and Eddie’s wedding at the Red Barn last summer. Now is a perfect time of year to look back and think about warmer weather.
Let’s find out more about the two of them from Emily.
Sister-in-law and I were pledging a sorority and she had a party at her parent’s house while they were out of town. I saw his picture on the wall and was hooked! It took 5 years before the “stars aligned” and it was meant for us to date!
One week before Christmas at Nubble lighthouse York Maine My family was stationed on the lighthouse for 2 years during my dads coast guard career. He was the last keeper before they automated. The lighthouse has held a special place in our hearts and we try to visit once every few years. Christmas time they put lights up so we wanted to go. He proposed down on the rocks… totally unexpected! Glad he didn’t drop the ring as I freaked out!
The fun casualness! We wanted everyone to be comfortable and relaxed. Also every decoration and detail was handmade by either us or our family members! That made it even more special!
We did not see each other before the wedding and I’m happy because the feeling of him seeing me as I walked down the aisle was exactly how I imagined it growing up! I did my first look with my father instead and I’m so happy I did that it made him feel special also!
Absolutely amazing! Greg and his team made us feel so comfortable. Even with the craziness of all our family wanting photos Greg went above and beyond accommodating everyone while still spending time and getting us the perfect shots we wanted. He even used some of his yoga planking skills to get awesome shots due to the rain and ground beign wet! I cant wait to see how the night time photo came out! We will definitely be using Greg in the future for the next adventures in our life!

Neish and Dave’s Springfield County Club Wedding Photography.
Neish and Dave are simply amazing, such a nice couple right from the first time we met at the bridal show to our first meeting when we sat down to chat about their wedding!
Let’s hear about their wedding day from Neish.
At Quabbin reservoir. He had a giant sign made and had our immediate family sneak up behind us with the sign as we were getting pictures taken, and when I turned around bam there was everyone holding up this giant sign, and when I turned back around he was down on one knee.
I would say probably the moment we locked eyes on each other coming down the aisle at the ceremony, but honestly the entire day was so special and perfect that it’s hard to just pick one moment as they were all so magical!
Take your time and enjoy the planning process. We did all of the planning for our wedding together as a couple and it made the experience that much more memorable. Enjoy all of the little experiences leading up to your wedding day and dont let the little things get in the way of the amazing journey! The Wedding day itself goes by so quickly so try to step back throughout the day and really absorb the family and friends around you, and how lucky you are to be sharing that moment with them. Make sure you go with the vendors/ venue that you really love even if it means spending a couple extra bucks, because when that day comes and you see how perfect everything came together you will be forever grateful you made those decisions. And lastly, make sure to enjoy each other on your special day.. Your wedding day has come and show your new hubby/wifey how amazing they are and what the future will bring!! Best wishes!!
Don’t skimp out! Find an amazing photographer ( Greg Moss) and dont think twice about booking him!! You will forever be grateful when you look back and see the amazing memories of your day come to life all over again! We went with a photographer and videographer and highly recommend doing the same if it fits your budget! Choose them carefully based on their amazing work and reputation.
Alexandra’s Bridal Boutique. They have dresses varying in all prices and styles. Their service and selection is what made me choose their store. As soon as I tried the dress on I knew immediately that it was the one. Ladies let the dress find you, and when it does you will know it’s the one!
Greg and his team were amazing to work with! From the moment we met Greg at a bridal show we had an instant connection and knew he was our Guy!! After several consultations and our engagement shoot it was evident we had definitely chose the perfect match! His work is like no other and the whole journey with him was a blast! On the day of our wedding he had a vision and made sure he mapped out what shots we wanted prior to the day, and because of that everything went without a hitch on our big day.

Julie and Eric’s Twin Hills Country Club Wedding Photography.
What an amazing time we had at Julie and Eric’s wedding! They were blessed with a gorgeous day at Twin Hills Country Club.
I love sharing the story behind my couples weddings so let’s hear all about their experience from Julie.
Eric’s aunt and my mom are best friends. They had been trying to set us up for months then we finally met at his cousin’s baby shower and the rest is history.
It was New Years Eve and we were getting ready to go to my sisters house for dinner. According to Eric, I was taking too long to get ready and he asked me to come in the other room. He said he made me something and handed me a photo book filled with pictures of us. The last three pages/pictures were of of my niece and nephews where they were each holding a sign that said “will” “you” “marry” and the last page/picture was of Eric holding a sign that said “me”. I looked at him and he was on one knee…
Our first dance was on the eighteenth hole, our favorite moment was dancing and looking up at all of the guests watching and cheering us on!
Look at your photographer’s work before meeting with them but most importantly trust them, they know what they’re doing!
I went to Pearl Boutique in Holyoke, MA. I went in to try on a dress that I was trying to decide if it was the one. One of the ladies working suggested that I try on a certain dress as she felt it had everything I was looking for. Everyone, including me, was in awe of the dress.
Greg was awesome to work with. He was down to earth and easy to work with. We had a huge wedding party and he kept everyone in line which was much needed!
We made a day of schedule and shared it with our bridal party so they knew what was going on throughout our wedding day.
Here are some amazing wedding professionals that helped Julie and Eric’s day go flawlessly!
