Anna and Jonathan’s Salem Cross Inn Wedding Photography

I said it before and I’ll say it again: Congratulations Anna and Jonathan!

What a great time we had at The Salem Cross Inn! Anna and Jonathan were able to get ready, married and have the reception all at The Salem Cross Inn.

When I first saw Anna wearing her picture-perfect white wedding gown that she found at Bridal Heirlooms,

I went to Bridal Heirlooms in South Hadley. It was probably the best experience I could have had for wedding dress shopping. I tried on at least a dozen different dresses. I’m normally very indecisive but as soon as I saw myself in the mirror I knew. My mom started to cry a little when she saw me in that dress.

The wedding went out a hitch and would not have been so flawless with out these amazing wedding professionals

Ladyslipper Designers  – Natalie handled all of our flowers and setup. She even had people there to pin corsages and boutonnieres on the wedding party. She was excellent and came through at the last minute when we realized we forgot to include a few specific flowers for our ceremony. Viren Entertainment  – Shawn got us organized from the start on the structure of our reception, and kept the show running and everyone dancing. Salem Cross Inn –  Nancy and her team took care of putting our all our decorations, and of course the food and location were great.

Salem Cross Inn wedding photography is always amazing with stunning landscape surrounding the inn. I am especially excited as I was able to deliver their hand made Italian wedding book to them just a few days ago. There is no other better experience than viewing your wedding photos in your wedding book.

Without further adieu, Mr. and Mrs. Scott

Hello!

I’ve got another glorious Log Cabin Wedding Photography for you guys today!

The happy couple consists of Michelle and Dominic, two people that anyone would love  and be happy to know. The Log Cabin Wedding Photography

Their wedding day was truly amazing! We were all a little worried about the weather but the little mist and overcast didn’t slow down anyone and added a little saturation to the outside photos.

Michelle’s dress was so stunning. I know I say that about a lot of wedding dresses but come on take a look.

” It was sweetheart neck, strapless, and flowy. It was opposite of what I wanted, but when I put it on I was emotional! I knew it was the one, everyone else had the same reaction. We added a belt to the dress to make it my own. We found it at In White in feeding hills.”

We had a lot of fun taking wedding pictures, as well. They decided to not see each other until Michelle was walking down the aisle. In fact Michelle says one of her favorite parts of the wedding day was seeing Dominic for the first time as she was walking down the aisle.

The Wedding was at Saint Mary’s Parish in Westfield, the reception was at the Log Cabin. They danced their first song, Stand by me, which was played by Thom from Marx Entertainment.

Okay, let’s get to the pictures! Michelle and Dominic were such a delight to work with and I wish them many wonderful years to come.

Quabbin Engagement photography

Karolina and Dan engagement session at Quabbin in Belchertown Ma.

The proposal happened at Niagara Falls. Danny and I were going through the Cave of the Winds Tour. So captivated by the intense waterfall, I didn’t notice that Danny was extremely nervous. When we reached Hurricane Deck, the closest point to the falls, we were both soaked from the seemingly endless supply of water falling down on top of us. It was wonderful, and we were both full of laughter, watching the falls. When I turned to face Danny, he was on his knees. He spoke of our friendship and love, and then he asked the big question. Speechless and stunned from the situation, it took all of my being to say yes. -Karolina

Our future isn’t just a dream anymore, it was slowly becoming a reality. -Karolina

A group of people cheering me on through the proposal – Danny

We both have been to Quabbin many times and love the place. We were excited to be taking our engagement photos in the snow since we are skiers and enjoy winter activities. – Danny

I think it is about time I post some photos from Corie and Gary’s engagement session at Quabbin since I already photographed their wedding.  Which was amazing by the way, but I will post more on that soon!

How did the two of you meet?
I worked for Gary as a secretary while in Nursing school. We knew each other for a couple of years before we started dating.

Tell us about the proposal. Please be as descriptive as possible.
Gary gathered all of our closest friends and family on Christmas Eve. He gave me gifts to open, and the last was a box, wrapped in a box, in other box, and so on. The last box was an empty ring box. I looked at him with a puzzled look. He then said, “
are you looking for this?” He got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him in true Gary fashion. He said I was the only one who could put up with him!

What was your immediate thought/reaction when he or she asked for your hand in marriage?
I was excited, and kind of shocked. I remember shaking like crazy!

What was the most memorable part of the proposal?
All of the boxes I had to unwrap to get to the ring box…they were all dirty and gross from his business. I was NOT expecting a beautiful ring!

Tell us about the ring/band. Please be as descriptive as possible.
My ring is absolutely perfect, and I was amazed that he choose exactly what I wanted. We had never discussed rings before, so I was quite surprised. He spent a few months creating several different rings with the jeweler, and kept saying none of them were “sparkly enough”. The jeweler called him one day and told him he had the perfect stone. Its an antique from an estate. They placed the large diamond in a halo setting with two bands of smaller diamonds. I receive compliments on it nearly everyday!

WEdding ring photo

Wow what a ring!

Why did you choose this particular location for your engagement shoot?
We knew we wanted outdoor photos, and the Quabbin is gorgeous, and has so many different locations.
